If you find a high quality Blocks for your project?

ALM CLC BLOCK LLP

Invented in Sweden in the second decade of the twentieth century, cellular concrete was used commercially across Scandinavia and in Germany and the United Kingdom in the 1920s and gained traction throughout Europe and much of the rest of the globe after the Second World War. In these early years, cellular concrete was produced with portland cement, water, and a foaming agent, and used mostly in insulating roof and floor screed applications and in underground pipe  nstallations.

It is known for its properties including thermal and sound insulation, as well as being lightweight.

Cellular Lightweight Concrete (CLC) is a type of concrete in which the coarse aggregate (gravel) is replaced by millions of minute air bubbles. Cellular Lightweight Concrete is produced like normal concrete under ambient conditions. The size of blocks for the external walls will be 600x200x200mm and the internal partition blocks will be 600x200x100mm nominal size. Any desired size as per the requirement also can be produced. Working with these large sized lighter blocks is much faster, substantially saving on mortar consumption for masonry and plastering. These blocks can also be cut and nailed like wood.

REDUCTION OF DEAD LOAD

1/3rd the density of clay bricks. Three times less weight than clay or fly ash bricks Economic design: savings in cement and steel. Enables faster construction. Suitable for low-soil bearing capacity & seismic zones.
Facilitates construction of unplanned walls any where anytime.

GREAT SAVINGS

Nikhil CLC blocks are easy and quick to install, thus minimizing construction costs.
Savings in Cement, sand, gravel.
Savings in steel, labour, energy & time

LOWER WATER ABSORPTION

The water absorption of this material is relatively lower than any other materials. It is 8 to 9 % for a density 800 kg/m3 This compares much better than concrete 50% & ordinary brick, which has water absorption of around 50 to 80% The low water absorption property of those blocks will help to reduce the cracks in the walls.

ECO-FRIENDLY & LIGHTWEIGHT

Rich topsoil (useful to the agriculture) is saved by using cellular lightweight concrete blocks in place of clay bricks. CLC is eco friendly material as fly ash ( industrial waste) is used in part of manufacturing. CLC blocks consumes very less energy as compared to producing clay bricks, concrete blocks and fly ash bricks

HIGH THERMAL INSULATION

Up to 37-42db sound reduction based on thickness. It is possible to achieve even higher values depending upon the thickness & plaster. Savings in recurring energy costs in air-conditioning.
Can fulfill required STC (Sound Transmission Class) rating.

ENHANCES CARPET AREA

An engineered block, it can be offered in any thickness as per the construction design. By using 6 inch thick blocks in place of 9 inch brick, the customer gets an additional 2% to 3% carpet area. The savings on account of additional carpet area gained is more than the cost of Bricks

GOOD SOUND INSULATION

1/3rd the density of clay bricks. Three times less weight than clay or fly ash bricks Economic design: savings in cement and steel. Enables faster construction. Suitable for low-soil bearing capacity & seismic zones.Facilitates construction of unplanned walls any where anytime.

FIRE PROTECTION

Nikhil CLC Blocks offer great fire protection. With a just 100mm thickness of wall 1000 kg/m3, Nikhil CLC block offers fire endurance for heat transmission for 4 hours without releasing any toxic fumes during the fire.
